The Beefsteak is an old slicer from way back! Prolific 4 to 6 foot (or taller, from our experience) plants produce a moderate amount of 10 to 16oz fruits, This variety is indeterminate, meaning it will vine, and produce fruit until frost. Great flavor, one of our all time favorite slicers, great for sandwiches, or burgers, or as a healthy snack, right off the plant.
