Direction of use

3 x @2 tablets per day if necessary take 4 tablets in one shot.
To avoid motion sickness : take 2 or 4 tablets before traveling.
To keep up stamina : take 2 x @2 tablets per day, regularly.

Children (6-12 years) : half dosage of adult.

Suggestion : Tobe taken after meal.
