Near Mint condition. Signs of storage. See pictures for cosmetic condition. Made in 1980's. 10 colors. Paper label still there. NOS. "Полицвет" - means Multicolor in Russian. Interesting fact is that in Russian word for pencil is "КАРАНДАШ" - pronounced Caran'dash - funny how close to Caran D'Ache ... :) If you live outside Europe and you Want your item sooner - Choose Standard Shipping - it's up to 2 weeks faster to some destinations.
