It may have been "Hand Crafted" but I am not sure.It is 18x18" with Ruffles. It would take a 12x12" pillow form. This product is for the PILLOW COVER only!!It is made of Heavy Thick Unbleached Muslin Ruffle and Back with Slip-in Opening for pillow form.Heavy Country Lace on top of Muslin Ruffle.Top is from Heavy material (Not sure what to call it - Look at picture to see texture) with Navy Blue/Black and Cream Squares.This would go with a lot of colors and is a very beautiful Pillow Cover.
