This is a wonderful kit from Real Good Toys (my favorite dollhouse maker); it a 24" gingerbread porch to add to the front of a dollhouse. It is made for tthe S-700, the Simplicity Dollhouse, but it looks as if it could be adapted to other styles, measurements permitting.
This kit comes from a miniatures shop that closed some years ago and has been stored well.

The kit is still in its original box (I removed most of the packing for pictures), is new and complete. The dimensions of the finished porch are 24" wide x 6" deep x 11" tall. Complete instructions are included.

If you need a porch in your dollhouse's life that would fit these measurements and style, this would be the perfect kit for you.
