It is water soluble and mixes very well. It is part of the Chromium Hydroxide Oxides. This can be used in General cosmetic making such as eye and lip products. The color is not transparent in clear bases and will be pastel in white bases. Use in your Melt and Pour, Hot Process, and Cold Process soap making.
