Barbie 1999 with a really good tan

Barbie looks a little like 'Malibu Barbie' with the tan , hoop earrings and all, but the face and hair doesn't. So here she is in all her tanned glory, with no tan lines. ...sans clothing. Must be a reissue of an older Barbie,...this one has no panty, covering her butt.
Doll is in excellent condition.
