Tie 'n Tangle

Looks to be a variation of Twister, where you stand on a colored disc, then when the umpire spins the spinner, and calls out the color and body part the arrow lands on, you get to tie them up....great for the novice serial killer ! ._. Plays continue until only one player is left to complete a move.
This game has never been played,...probably a present that was given to a kid, and no one to play with.
