She earned her Ph.D. from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi and MBA from GGS Indraprastha University, Delhi. An alumnus of Daulat Ram College, University of Delhi, Dr. Bansal started her academic career at Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi and has been active in research and education for more than seven years.
