Rare Antique Lapis Lazuli Art Nouveau Ring Late Victorian Silver 1890

A Wonderful Rare Antique Lapis Lazuli Art Nouveau Ring, Late Victorian Sterling Silver c.1890. The Art Nouveau period was so short lived and pieces were so beautifully made with organic inspired designs and lovely workmanship. Thus, original pieces are rare today. This example holds a lovely piece of lapis lazuli at center measuring about 22 x 8mm. The setting is sterling silver with a lovely soft original patina. The details are stunning with organic inspired whiplash lines, characteristic or the Art Nouveau movement. Overall the ring measures about 1 1/4 inches long by about 11/16 inch wide from side to side. Ring Size: about 5 1/4 (could be resized by your jeweler or ask me about using mine before shipping). This ring was acquired through an estate collection and dates circa 1890.
