Antique Emerald Past and Rose Cut Ring Victorian Art Deco 1920

A Superb Antique Emerald Past and Rose Cut Marcasite Ring, Victorian Art Deco circa 1920. This wonderful antique ring holds a facted emerald paste stone at center measuring about 14 x 10mm oval. The center stone is surrounded by sparkling rose cut faceted marcasite, used in place of diamonds during periods when diamonds were too scarce (missing one small marcasite, but not noticeable when worn due to the way the setting is). The setting is original Art Deco period, circa 1920 with original aged patina. Overall the ring measures about 1 1/16 inch long by about 3/4 inch wide from side to side. Ring Size: about 6 1/2 (could be resized by your jeweler or ask me about using mine before shipping). This ring was acquired through an estate collection and is in lovely vintage condition with some wear to the center stone expected with an original piece of the Era (mentioned for accuracy as I always do). A gorgeous Art Deco find. A rare original piece from the Art Deco Era.
