ABACA is a species of banana native to the Philippines,grown as a commercial crop in the

Philippines, Ecuador, and Costa Rica. The plant, also known as Manila hemp,has great economic

importance, being harvested for its fiber, also called Manila hemp, extracted from the leaf-

stems.The plant grows to 13–22 feet (4.0–6.7 m),and averages about 12 feet (3.7 m). The fiber was

originally used for making twines and ropes; now most is pulped and used in a variety of

specialized paper products including tea bags, filter paper and banknotes. It is classified as a

hard fiber, along with coir, henequin and sisal.

SHIPPING (DHL):
-> In our quest to have the item arrived to you the soonest, we subsidize some of the shipping

cost and make DHL as our standard courier.
-> We send tracking number after each shipment. If we miss it, please do not hesitate to send us

a message.
-> DHL shipping normally takes 2 to 5 working days to most worldwide destinations.
-> Due to very high customs charges, we discourage DHL shipping to South American countries(

Brazil,Ecuador, etc..) and propose to use AIR PARCEL shipping instead. However, if you badly need

the item and customs charges will not be a problem, we can still ship via DHL. If you want the

item shipped to South America via DHL, please send us email after paying for the item, otherwise

we will ship via AIR PARCEL.
-> For Russia, we can not use DHL for items addressed to "individual", but we can ship via DHL

for items addressed to "companies". Please provide a company address after buying the item,

otherwise we will ship via AIR PARCEL.

-> Air parcel shipping is offered for Russia and South American countries (where we encountered

problem with DHL shipping in the past)
-> Please note that air parcel shipment from our location normally takes 20 to 30 working days.

If you need the item badly, please arrange other courier services.
-> You will receive a tracking number and mailing receipt as proof of shipping once item had been

shipped out.
-> It can be tracked online for US clients once it entered US customs, for other countries -

please check your local post website.
-> PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR CURRENT PHONE NUMBER, as we will not be be liable for returned items.


PAYMENTS:
-> Accepts paypal payments only
-> Paypal payments are allowed up to USD8K only.
-> Cheque payments will take us very long to clear and so can not be accepted in any of our

listings.

REFUNDS:
-> Refunds can be applied for items that carry our warranty 7 working days.
-> Item should be returned in the original condition when received.
