I'm not sure what to tell you about this one. It's very heavy and solid, I don't know what kind of pottery this might be because it's solid, it's so heavy it feels almost like stone and it's rough like stone, but it's not stone. Whatever it is it's very cool, I have used it a few years, but there is no wear on the fish, just where you place the candle and that's just light wax residue. It measures 6 1/2 tall and about 8 1/2 across, 25 inches aroundand I'd say it weighs five pounds or more. It's quite rustic, Thanks for looking.
