Who wants to be a Millionaire game

Like the TV show, 1st player to win a 1,000,000 dollars or the richest player after an agreed number of rounds. looks like 1 call card out of 5 is missing, the rest of the game looks complete. Heck it might be in there, amounst all the other cards and I just didn't see it,...will not affect the playability of the game.
