Peacock Fantasy Fascinator

This one of a kind fascinator headpiece has been completely made by me, the teacup milliner. My pieces are designed and made the same way I make my hats, in full millinery fashion. From the base which I designed, and made from buckram and wired the edge. This teardrop shaped piece is covered with dusky pink velvet and I hand made the feather pad using both peacock swords and eyes. It has a beautifully jeweled peacock piece in the center of the design.
