This one of a kind fascinator headpiece has been completely made by me, the teacup milliner. My pieces are designed and made the same way I make my hats, in full millinery fashion.
Red and black are the bold colors of the orient that I love. This time I made the round fascinator base and then made an oriental dress neckline to add a small black Chinese frog as a decoration. The dress neckline has a pocket from which a feather pad display of stripped coque feathers flow out, with a few marabou feathers are in the front.
