This one of a kind fascinator headpiece has been completely made by me, the teacup milliner. My pieces are designed and made the same way I make my hats, in full millinery fashion.
Jade iridescent tipped pheasant feathers are the rarest of all the pheasant feathers and I made this piece so that they were not overwhelmed by other feathers. I made this piece with a wearer who liked a more delicate fascinator with two matching feather pads for the shoe clips.
