This one of a kind fascinator headpiece has been completely made by me, the teacup milliner. My pieces are designed and made the same way I make my hats, in full millinery fashion.
This fascinator is covered with the same stamped velvet fabric as the burgandy velvet cape in the blog and has a feather pad of black biot feathers, burgundy hackle feathers and a long sculpted burgundy coque feather. Small set rhinestones are sewn on the base of the feather pad and they match the cape flower. It has a clip on the back so that you can wear it any direction you choose.
