This one of a kind fascinator headpiece has been completely made by me, the teacup milliner. My pieces are designed and made the same way I make my hats, in full millinery fashion.
I make all my own feather pads (mounts) and this one is made from two types of pheasant feathers and biots that I curled and dyed. The two colored amber rhinestone piece is a vintage button that was perfect.
