You will receive pillow case only (the stuffing inside is NOT INCLUDED as this will vastly increase shipping cost). This will be a 35X35cm pillow, two-sided image (same on both sides). It will be full flannel.

Note: The stuffed pillow shown with a different pattern is a sample only. The item's been stuffed with 50X50cm IKEA brand pillow for the rounder, puffier look/feel. That pattern is not available.

The pillowcase is just as described and feels nice. The quality of flannel is good, and it’s a fun addition to my home decor. I wish it came with stuffing, but overall I'm pleased with how it looks.
