Up for auction is a Relco NOEL Candle Holder. This item features four angels/children on a candy cane sled, each holding a letter to spell NOEL. The candle holders are on top of each letter. The bottom has a sticker which reads "RELCO CREATIONS JAPAN". This item is in very good condition. There are no chips or cracks, but some of the paint on the candy cane has come off (please see pictures).
