Jane Herrons Antique 1840 Samper Reproduction Cross Stitch Pattern Chart Graph
This pattern is called "Jane Herrons Antique 1840 Sampler Reproduction." This sampler was stitched by Jane Herrons in 1840. She is the sister of Ann Herrons whose sampler is also in my store. Every girl during this time was taught to stitch. She would use this art before and after she married to help set up her household by stitching linens and kitchen towels, etc. This pattern is an adaptation of Ann's sampler. The pattern would be lovely stitched for yourself or for someone else. You will have a very unique counted cross stitch pattern. The stitchery is in the public domain,
The picture that you see is shown in the actual cross stitch pattern, not simply a photo.
This sampler is from the public domain and Courtesy of the Indiana Museum of Art
You will receive a black and white symbols chart with an instruction sheet and a color photo of the pattern for reference. The pattern will be emailed as a PDF file that you can print out.
