Spirulina is a cyanobacterium (blue-green algae) that can be consumed by humans and other animals. There are two species, Arthrospira platensis and Arthrospira maxima.

Directions for use:
Take up to 3-5 tablets twice daily with plenty of water during meals. If you've not taken Spirulina before, then start with 2-3 tablets each day and gradually increase over a few weeks. Do not take more than 10 tablets daily. Do not use this product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
