Rare Antique Art Nouveau Lion Ring Ruby Rose Gold c.1890 Wedding Band

A Gorgeous and Unusually Rare Antique Art Nouveau Lion Ring with Ruby in Antique Rose Gold c.1890, A Stunning Piece for Any Day or a Lovely Wedding Band Idea. Original Art Nouveau Era jewelry was only produced for a very limited amount of time. The designs were inspired by nature and craftsmanship was highly prized. This example holds a lions head at center adorned with rubies. The sides of the setting have characteristic Art Nouveau motif whiplash ornamentations. The ring is composed of antique gold with a bit of a rose hue (not the pink gold of today or the rose gold of the 30's and 40's). Overall the ring measures about 1/2 inch long by about 13/16 inch wide from side to side. Ring Size: about 9 1/2 (could be resized by your jeweler or ask me about using mine before shipping.). This ring was acquired through an estate collection and is in lovely vintage condition. A rare an stunning find.
