Singing bowls are great tools for enhancing meditation. Simply tap the side of the bowl and run the wooden striker along the outside edge, sending relaxing harmonics into the air.

Each individually created bowl is hand hammered and beaten for unique sound quality. Beautifully organic appearance complete with unique markings and metal finish, made of seven traditional metals including gold, silver, mercury, copper, iron, tin and lead. Each bowl is embossed with the image of a mandala- a pattern of concentric circles and squares used to illustrate concepts of nature. Also features auspicious symbols and sacred Buddhist mantras.

Handmade in Nepal: Each bowl is individually made and size and weight will vary within the range listed here. Organic imperfections and variation in metal finish may be apparent.
