The origin of this kukri is small village is eastern Nepal called Chainpur. The specialty of this kukri is that it has close notch and different handle than other kukris the blade is made of highly graded carbon Steel. The scabbard is completely different than others. The beautiful handle is made of Rose wood and well carved. This is one of the decorative and real working knife. A whole (notch) in the blade is a symbol of footmark of the cow which is believed holy in Nepal. The kukri has 10”long blade and 5” long handle. This blade can be used to chop wood and bone and cleaning bushes. The Blade, Handle, Sheath and even small knives called Karda and Chakmak are high-end finished
