1. Potentiometer for adjusting high speed period of opening and closing. Turn clockwisely to increase high speed period during opening and closing; turn counter-clockwisely to decrease high speed period during opening and closing. Minimum value of high speed period is 0 second and swing gate opener will always work in low speed, maximum value of high speed period is 33 seconds and swing gate opener will always work in high speed.

2. Potentiometer for adjusting interval time of close between motor1＆motor2. Turn clockwisely to increase interval time of closing between motor＆motor2; turn counter -clockwisely to decrease interval time of closing between motor＆motor2. Minimum value of interval time of close between 2 gate leaves is 0 second and 2 gate leaves will close at the same time, maximum value of interval time of close between 2 gate leaves is 33 seconds and the gate with motor2 will close in 33 seconds after the gate with motor1 closed . The interval time of open between motor1＆motor2 is always 1 seconds not adjustable.

3. Potentiometer for adjusting auto closing time delay. Turn clockwisely to increase auto closing time delay; turn counter-clockwisely to decrease auto closing time delay. Minimum value of auto closing time delay is 0 second and auto closing function disabled, maximum value of auto closing time delay is 33 seconds and gate will auto close in 33 seconds, if previous operation is single gate, then single gate auto close; if previous operation is double gate, then double gate auto close.

4. Potentiometer for adjusting force of motor2. Turn clockwisely to increase the force of motor2; turn counter-clockwisely to decrease the force of motor2.

5. Potentiometer for adjusting force of motor1. Turn clockwisely to increase the force of motor1; turn counter-clockwisely to decrease the force of motor1.

6. VCC terminal is DC 24V on board power supply for external devices

7. COM terminal is COMMON used for connecting the “ground” of external devices

8. Infrared terminal is used for connecting photo electric sensor

9. Swipe Card terminal is used for connecting any external devices that will operate to open the gate

10. Lock terminal is used for connecting external electric lock for security

11. UPS terminal is used for connecting the back up battery(12V 7AH recommend)

12. Connecting transformer output wires
24V-12 connects blue wire from transformer
12V-0V connects yellow wire from transformer
0V-12V connects black wire from transformer
13. Moto2 Delay terminal is used for connecting the motor 2 installed on the gate that opens first and close later. The connecting order of 2 wires 1st blue wire 2nd red wire(counted from your left hand side to right hand side)

14. Moto1 terminal is used for connecting the motor 1 installed on the gate that opens later and close first. The connecting order of 2 wires 1st red wire 2nd blue wire(counted from your left hand side to right hand side)

15. COM terminal is COMMON used for connecting the “ground” of external devices

16. 1 SIDE terminal is used for connecting any external device that operates single gate

17. 2 SIDE terminal is used for connecting any external device that operates double gate

18. Alarm Lamp terminal connects flash light. The flash light is on when the motor is working. Need to add one more wire to get power supply from VCC terminal or Transformer output to this socket.

Remote control learning:

Button “1” depressed to operate single gate; button “2” depressed to operate double gate.
Program new remote control:

First step :

Press “LEARN” button on control board for about 1 second. Then blue indicator on board goes off.

Second step ：

Press any button on the new remote control for about 2 seconds,then blue indicator on board starts flashing, it means now new remote control programmed successfully.

Remove remote control:

Press and hold “LEARN” button on control board for about 3 seconds, the blue indicator on board goes on, it means now all the programmed remote controls have been removed from board.
