t is a unique product, a new generation for the control of mosquito larvae, "eco-friendly" and environmentally friendly. It has an exclusively physical-mechanical action. The thin silicone film, which is formed on the surface of the water after application, prevents the correct development of immature stages of mosquitoes (larvae and pupae). It prevents the larvae and pupae from sticking to the surface of the water to draw from the air the atmospheric oxygen necessary for their development in the adult stage, leading them to the consequent suffocation. Moreover, the low surface tension also has an impact on egg laying, as adult females do not lay eggs on the treated water. The use is therefore recommended in saucers, cavities, gutters, manholes, stagnant water in general. Zanza Tiger Water does not create problems for the survival of aquatic flora and fauna. Tests conducted by certifying bodies have established that the PDMS can be used in drinking water. The capsule in which the liquid is contained automatically dissolves in contact with water within a few hours, allowing the liquid contained in it to cover the surface of the water. The duration from use is about 4 weeks. Dosages: one capsule covers about a quarter of a square meter (25 cmq). The recommended dosage is therefore a function of the treated surface, therefore it is advisable to use a capsule for a medium sized saucer, for the drains and drainage recesses we recommend the use of two capsules.
