This is a fabulous painting by Frank Walcutt titled "Red Balcony". It is bright and colorful and comes with an unique bamboo frame. I don't know too much about paintings, and judging by the smoothness of the canvas, this painting looks to be reproduced. (but I am not 100% certain) This painting was new display unit from Ashley's Furniture. It measures 53" x 42" with the frame, or approx 48" x 36" in picture area. It is retailed $469.96.
