You will receive the entire building block set as shown in the photos. A professionally made color instruction manual will also be included. The retail box is not included. All pieces will come in their respective sealed plastic bags. Everything is brand NEW and unused.

IMPORTANT: Although the building blocks and instruction booklets we sell look, feel, and are completely compatible with any Lego pieces, you're buying building blocks that are custom made and not manufactured by Lego. Not to worry, these pieces are 100% compatible with all Lego blocks. You or your child can use them with all your current Lego building blocks. In the listing images we provide a visual comparison of a Lego block and one of our custom made blocks side by side. Please take a look and see for yourself. Our factory made blocks are virtually identical and most people wouldn't even know the difference. These are of the same make and quality as you would find from Lego.

If you love Legos, you will love our blocks! Our blocks fit perfectly with any Legos you already own and are of an extremely high quality. Once you mix them in with real Legos, good luck knowing which is which!

Our blocks can vary slightly in color from Lego blocks (see comparison photo in listing). Not enough to make any difference in our opinion.
Because our blocks are not made by Lego, they do not hold the same collector's value. Our building blocks are for people who would like to save money but enjoy an identical building experience.
All pieces will be shipped in sealed plastic bags but will not include any retail box.


What can I expect when opening my package?



All building block pieces will be bagged according to their type. Some bags may include more than one type of block but they aren't all mixed together making a more enjoyable building experience.
If the building block set requires decals/stickers, they will be included.
Similar to what you'd find when building with Legos, we include a professional step by step instruction booklet printed in color.
When you see the amount of money you just saved and the level of quality of our building blocks, we're sure you'll be very pleased. We expect you'll be coming back and buying more.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions

Returns must be in the same condition as delivered. This means if your product arrived New and Unused it must be returned New and Unused. If you've opened any packaging, it must be repackaged just how it was when you received it. Yes, that means you will need to re-bag any pieces you've opened. A lot of work was put into separating and bagging all the pieces. If the pieces are not properly bagged when we receive a return, a flat $30 or 10% repackaging fee (whichever is less) will be applied.


*Note: All returns will be checked and assessed for missing pieces, damage, and cleanliness before issuing a refund/exchange.

If a refund is approved, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. The cost we incurred shipping the product to you is not refundable and will be deducted from any refund. This will apply even if free shipping was selected during purchase.

Missing Pieces

Missing pieces typically do not occur but are not out of the realm of possibility. Be sure to check that all your pieces are present soon after receiving the order. If you are missing a piece you must let us know within 3 days of delivery (7 days for sets with more than 2,000 pieces) so that we can get you a replacement. Replacement pieces can take a few weeks to obtain from the manufacturer. After this allotted time period we will be unable to assist you with missing pieces. We do not accept returns due to missing pieces. There are many small pieces that can be easily lost once opened and as such, we cannot be held responsible for that. We will have no problem getting replacement pieces sent to you if its reported to us within the 3 day timeframe (7 day timeframe for sets with more than 2,000 pieces).

If your item is shipping from our factory in Asia, please be patient as it may take a while to arrive. Please allow up to 30 days (in extreme circumstances) for delivery from our factory.
Handling Time

We require a certain amount of handling time to properly prepare your order before shipment. Our required handling time will be listed in Bonanza's estimated delivery time of this listing. Although we expect to get your order shipped much sooner, please make your purchase assuming that you will receive your order within Bonanza's estimated delivery.
Insurance & Tracking

We ship all packages with tracking. Once the package has been shipped we will upload a tracking number to the Bonanza transaction so that you can monitor its progress. We use many different shipping carriers based on the package type and your location. This can include FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL and other international postal services.
Customs and Import Fees

You will be required to pay all Customs import fees and taxes. Sometimes packages can get delayed in Customs. In these circumstances we'd recommend that you contact your Customs office for further information. Many times they simply need some additional paperwork from you (the recipient).
Damaged or Lost Packages

We will handle any and all damaged or lost shipment claims. You will never be required to handle the claims process. We may ask for certain documentation such as photos etc if needed for a claim.
