This pattern is called "On St. Patrick's Day." This pattern was designed for counted cross stitch as a patriotic pattern but also to commorate St. Patrick's Day that we celebrate in American along with Irish immigrants from Ireland and those still living in Ireland.
The pattern would be great stitched anyone of Irish heritage or yourself or for someone you know is of Irish descent. You will have a very unique counted cross stitch pattern.
