All our products are custom-made and shipped from Hong Kong. Delivery takes between 15-25 days. Delays are possible due to custom checks in destination country and during peak season holidays such as Christmas in December and Chinese New Year in February.

Due to nature of custom-made items, purchase is final and non-refundable. If the item is damaged in any way, we will send a replacement.
