Text is clean and unmarked, binding tight, all spirals and pages in place nothing loose. There are several damaged pages both in front and midway through book. You can read recipes clearly but page edges appeared chewed. The cover shows heavy signs of wear, with fading dings, nicks and piece off front corner. The market which opened in 1947 had 180 stalls. However prior to that another curb market was in existence in Montgomery. The curb markets motto was "Fresh from the Farm to You for 65 Years" This is where you came to buy farm fresh produce, meat, baked goods, flowers etc. Holidays the market pulled out all the stops and seasonal goods were found in every booth.
