Text is clean and unmarked, binding tight, some tanning of pages due to age and paper used. Has unreadable signature inside cover. Cover is poor and shows heavy signs of wear, board cover has some chips from over paper, cloth weaving underneath showing in some places, stained in other words cover is solid but in poor condition.
