This is a great brooch featuring a circular design with a twisted or braided design on the inside circle followed by a full circle of faux pearls. The signature is Trifari with a Solid Crown that appears to be straight up and down above the T. This mark was first used in the 1930's to 40's. This brooch is in near mint condition. I could find none of the wear that is typical of faux pearls on this piece and the gold tone is beautiful.
