Vintage Georgian Victorian Revival Enamel Black Onyx Seed Pearl Earrings Chinoiserie

A Wonderful Pair of Vintage Victorian - Georgian Revival Earrings with Black Onyx Gems with Seed Pearls in Chinoiserie Revival Gold Upon Sterling Silver Settings. These estate earrings are done in the Georgian - Victorian Chinoiserie Revival Style and are adorned with approximately 4 x 4mm black onyx gemstones at center. They each have four seed pearls adorning the design. The settings are Chinoiserie Revival Style, the elegant simplicity of Eastern styles incorporated into western design that was popularized in the 1700's, and composed of a light gold wash upon sterling silver adorned with enamel. Each earring measures about 7/8 inch long from wire top to bottom by about 1/2 inch wide from side to side. Vintage Chinese in origin, marked for sterling silver. These earrings were acquired through an estate collection and are in lovely vintage condition.
