ਗੁਰਮੁਖੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ | Gurmukhi Studies - Level 3

ਪੰਜਾਬੀ, ਗੁਰਮਤਿ, ਅਤੇ ਗੁਰ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ
ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਾਂ ਬੋਲੀ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਲਿਖਣ, ਪੜ੍ਹਨ, ਤੇ ਬੋਲਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਮਰੱਥ ਹੋ ਸਕਣ।
ਇਸੇ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੱਖ ਰੱਖਕੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਟੀਮ ਦੇ ਸੇਵਾਦਾਰਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ
ਪੜ੍ਹਨ ਤੇ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਕਿਤਾਬਾਂ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਣ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ
ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਸਾਨ ਹੋਣ ਅਤੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਸਮਝਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੇ ਸਿੱਖਣ ਵਿੱਚ
ਅਸਾਨੀ ਹੋਵੇ।
ਆਮ ਕਿਤਾਬਾਂ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਨਿਵੇਕਲੇ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਇਹ ਕਿਤਾਬਾਂ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ
ਪੜ੍ਹਾ ਰਹੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ।ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਤਾਬਾਂ ਨੂੰ
ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕੁਝ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੜ੍ਹਾ ਕੇ ਸੁਝਾਅ ਲਏ ਗਏ।ਫਿਰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਸੁਝਾਵਾਂ ਤੇ ਅਮਲ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ
ਸੁਧਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਵੱਡੀ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੇ ਛਾਪਣ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਤਾਬਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਿਲੱਖਣਤਾ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਮਾਪੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ
ਲਿਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਅਸਮਰਥ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਘਰ ਬੈਠੇ ਹੀ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਤਾਬਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਪੜ੍ਹਾ
ਲਿਖਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।
੯ ਕਿਤਾਬਾਂ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਸੈੱਟ ਨਰਸਰੀ (Pre-School) ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਦਸਵੀਂ ਤੱਕ ਦੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ
ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਸਿੱਖਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਾਹੇਵੰਦ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
A team of dedicated Northern California Khalsa School teachers and youth created the Gurmat Studies series to familiarize children with core Sikh principles exemplied by our Guru Sahiban and Gursikhs. The project started as a way to teach students about Sakhis and Gurmat. Inadvertently, it also doubled as a source of inspiration to youth facing the challenge of living a Gursikh life in contemporary society. Young people often become distanced from Sikhi because of insecurities developed from systematic racism and societal discrimination - both obvious and subtle - in the media, school, and workplace. The curriculum helps to dispel insecurities because it aims to instill youth with a core Sikh spirit of Charhdi Kala. This blissful state of mind allows for one to bear hardships without succumbing to social pressures or negative emotions such as fear or anger. Young Sikhs can understand the Charhdi Kala spirit as well as other Sikh concepts by engaging with the series, which consists of eight books targeted for different age groups.

ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਸਾਨ ਹੋਣ ਅਤੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਸਮਝਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੇ ਸਿੱਖਣ ਵਿੱਚ
ਅਸਾਨੀ ਹੋਵੇ।

ਸੁਧਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਵੱਡੀ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੇ ਛਾਪਣ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
