# CIVET COFFEE LIAR & Cultivation, 100% Authentic #
Luwak coffee is made from the droppings of wild civets who eat coffee cherries and roam freely around the coffee plantations at night during the harvest season. Since civet cannot digest the seeds of coffee cherries, it produces coffee beans as they are, and the bitter and sour taste of coffee beans disappear during the digestion process, and the aroma becomes soft. Our civet coffee is not mixed or blended with other kinds of coffee.
# Not caged illegally #
We only source Luwak coffee from wild civets. They are not caged or farmed. Civets have a habit of defacating on a single place. As long as we know the place, we can obtain Luwak coffee continually, without illegal breeding. However, since the supply of Luwak coffee is fewer than demand of that, there is a lot of farmers breeding civets illegally. The civets who are omnivore by nature become vulnerable to diseases, because they are forced to eat only coffee beans. We, King's Coffee, are respect for life by excluding illegal farming.
# From Indonesia #
Our coffee is harvested form Rampung, Sumatran I.,Indonesia. Indonesia is an ideal place for coffee production.
We make coffee according to a reliable manufacturing process.
Coffee Storage Tips
After the pack opened, put in a airtight container and keep it refrigerated to avoid direct sunlight, heat and moisture. If you intend to hand drip at your home, we encourage you to take out the quantity for drinking instantly. The scent of ground coffee is go away easily, and ground coffee is more vulnerable to moisture than whole bean coffee. Therefore, it is important to make it airtight for original flavor and aroma. Approximately, 20~25 cups of coffee would be extracted from 100g of coffee. The use-by date is around 6 months. After the pack opened, it is good to use as soon as possible(Maximum 2months).
