Tonala Mexico pottery cat bird motif signed vintage cm1285

This Mexican pottery cat is signed Tonala, Mexico. It is 5.25 inches high and has beautiful hand painted design including a bird on the back. The face is beautifully detailed with whiskers and pores. Unfortunately one ear tip has been chipped away and someone filled in the white ceramic with paint so it doesn't show when on display.
