Description
The Nagaoka Kilavolt No. 103 is a superior instrument for the banishment of static electricity during LP playback. Many parts of the country are plagued with excessive static electricity much of the year. The arcing and popping is annoying and the dust attracted to your precious vinyl only accelerates wear.
The common static guns like the Zerostat and the Milty don't work very well, tend to break, and cost too much.
In the 1980s Nagaoka produced the Kilavolt No. 103, which to this day has not been surpassed. It is powered by one "C" battery that lasts for years. The performance of the Kilavolt No. 103 is amazing, I have never found anything more effective at neutralizing static electricity build-up. Just hold the Kilavolt about 6 inches from the record surface and push the button for a few seconds while the LP is spinning.
