Soft’N Stretch™ fabric sleeve keeps Gel positioned and adds mild compression. Gel pad is fabric covered so it does not stick to skin or socks. Reversible to fit right or left foot. 1 per pack.DIRECTIONSSlide sleeve over foot, making sure gel pad is positioned under arch area, with the straight side parallel to inner edge of the foot, with notch pointing towards big toe. Position comfortably in the arch area. Can be worn directly against skin or over socks. To wear on opposite foot, turn sleeve inside out and follow previous instructions.CAREHand wash.
