Design and operation
Milk meter is a glass float in the upper part of which is placed a paper scale graduated in units of density (kg / m3).
The principle of operation is based on Archimedes law.
For the measurement put a clean and dry milk meter in milk (buttermilk, or whey) to the level of the proposed density and allow it to float freely without touching the walls of the vessel.
