Mockba Moscow souvenir spoon painted bowl and crown gold tone1267vf

An unusual souvenir spoon from Moscow that is gold tone metal with a painted scene in the bowl and also in the shield shaped crown. The stem is also ornately crafted. The crown is labeled Mockba. The painted areas sound like china when you tap them and look to be hand painted. The front of the spoon is in fine condition. The back has some minor scratches. It is 5.5 inches.
