Arthur Rackham The Sleeping Beauty is for sale. The Sleeping Beauty was published by William Heinemann in 1974, with the first edition published in 1920. This wonderful edition of The Sleeping Beauty has the original publisher’s mauve coloured binding with a gilt silhouette decoration by Arthur Rackham to the front board and gilt lettering to the spine. The Sleeping Beauty is profusely illustrated throughout with one-page, double-page and smaller illustrations by Arthur Rackham in both colour and black and white.

The binding is in Very Good condition but with very light and minor marks to the front and back boards.  This is an exceptionally attractive set of boards for this edition of Arthur Rackham The Sleeping Beauty.

The Sleeping Beauty has 110 numbered pages with stunning front endpapers and rear endpapers with white silhouette figures on a green background.

The pages are mostly very clean but with very light child’s marks mainly confined to the front of the book and largely unobtrusive and only mentioned for completeness.  The pages range from being Very Good to Near Fine.
