Traditional Chinese Lion Danceby Sifu Jason Wong & GM Doc Fai Wong This is a 1 hour long DVD showing basics of traditional southern lion dance taught primarily by Sifu Jason Wong with some areas presented by GM Doc Fai Wong. Includes holding the head, walking, switching dancers, stances with head movement, expressions and personality of the lion, tail movement, following the music, tail and head coordination, lifting to a jump and kick, lifting and standing on supporting leg, lift to two feet support, etc. There is a talk at the end by GM Doc Fai Wong on the history and the meaning of lion dancing. The DVD ends with Sifu Jason demonstrating lion dance drumming.
