The King Edward VII Book of Common Prayer and Order of Service was issued at the service and is leather bound with gilt lettering and insignia to the front of the book, and gilt lettering and decoration to the spine and back of the book.

The King Edward VII Book of Common Prayer and Order of Service measures3.75 inches x 5.75 inches [approx.]. The red leather binding is in Very Good condition being complete but with wear to the spine and a break to the front board internal hinge but is still firmly attached.

There are 640 numbered pages with all edges gilt and black endpapers to the front and back of the book. This is an enormously detailed book that gives the service for the King Edward VII’s Coronation service as well as the Book of Common Prayer. The pages are in Near Fine condition.

This is a fascinating and rare Royal collectable.
