Unfortunately I would not accept the return of any DVD or Blu Ray based on a buyer being unable to play it due to not having the correct equipment, and no refund would be made.
Unless otherwise stated in the listing, all of the DVD's & Blu Ray I sell come with any additional booklets/information/photo's or other items that were included when new unless noted otherwise above.
Most of the cases the DVD's & Blu Rays come with will be without cracks or broken hinges or excessive wear markings as I do try to exchange all damaged cases before posting from a stock of spares I keep.
Some DVD's will come with a cardboard cover with the disc(s) fixed to a plastic holder. The condition of the outer card and the holder will be detailed in the condition report. The majority of stock I hold currently are in very good order.
I would not change this type of cover as it may contain details of the recording such as a details about the film, special features, technical data, copyright, Barcode, & any information the publisher may be obliged to provide on items under UK law.
If I am unable to replace a less than perfect case, (i.e. for multiple disc sets), the condition of the case that you will receive will be noted in the main listing description above.
I do not currently hold any stock of replacement cases for multi disc items, so if you are buying a Multi Disc product please be sure to check the condition notes in the listing. If I do have stock suitable for your product at the time of sale, the case will be replaced at that time.
I will advise whether the case has been replaced in a message at the bottom of your invoice.
Please note that prior to posting, all discs are tested & cleaned, which does take out some light scratching. Should the disc (s) not pass this stage of our quality checking process will will contact you to let you know and we would offer either a full refund back to your PayPal Account or if you prefer you can choose a different item to the same value or a higher value which would require the difference in the cost of both items to be paid prior to posting.
In addition all cases are checked for damage, (replaced if needed & replacement available), the case is cleaned which usually removes sticker gum & other marks present.
Our aim is to send all of our products appropriately packed so the customer receives it in the same condition we would expect to receive it ourselves.
