Call For The Saint features the adventures of Simon Templar alias The Saint. Call For The Saint comes complete with its rare dust jacket and the original binding.
Call For The Saint dust jacket was designed by Jarvis and features Simon Templar in disguise as a blind beggar with the characteristic stick man logo of The Saint as the shadow in the background to the front of the dust jacket.
The dust jacket is in Good condition being mostly complete, with the price of “8/6 net” still present to the front flap, but with tears, minor losses, creases and marks. The dust jacket comes in a removable plastic sleeve.
Call For The Saint original pale blue publisher’s binding has lettering in black to the spine and front and with The Saint stickman logo to the bottom right corner of the front board.
The binding is in Very Good condition with slight fading to the top edge of the front board and back board and the spine, slight rubbing and fading to the centre of the spine, and very slight corner knocks.
Call For The Saint has 253 numbered pages with two pages of advertisements to the end of the book, with one page advertisement for The Saint Club.
The pages are in overall Very Good condition being extremely clean and well bound-in with only very minor spotting confined mainly to the edges of the pages (only noticeable when the book is closed, and extremely minor and mentioned for completeness).
