DESCRIPTION:
Fantastic vintage, Murano glass, tiered chandelier made by cutting and polishing extruded rods of four-sided Murano glass prisms, on a polished nickel frame. Great finesse and elegance pending prism emanate an almost crystalline light. The design dates as far back as 1960, when Venini first showcased their Murano glass prism chandeliers. The genre is currently enjoying a renaissance, as part of the modern mid-century revival and is showing no signs of slowing down.
