Simplicity 7699; © 1991; Daisy Kingdom - Girls' Dress and Pinafore: Ruffled dress with skirt gathered to bodice at waistline seam has back zipper, attached petticoat and eyelet trim. V. 1 with contrast Peter Pan collar and piping trim has long sleeves with elastic casing forming self ruffle. V. 2 and 3 have short sleeves gathered to bands with piping trim. Pinafore with gathered skirt cut crosswise has bib, shoulder straps and back tie ends. V. 1 in double border printed fabrics only. V. 2 and 3 have armhole ruffle. V. 2 in crosswise striped single border printed fabric, has piping and bias tape trim. V. 3 in single edge galloon eyelet fabric.

Breast: 21 to 23 inches
Waist: 20 to 21 inches
Hip: -- to 24 inches

Pattern has been cut to size 3. Not all pieces are cut and there are no missing pieces and all are in good condition. Instruction sheets are included and are in good condition. Envelope shows some wear and creases - see pictures.
